Everyone is able to see new comments made by the pie owner even if they haven’t followed or copied the actual pie. Practice accounts won’t be able to comment or share pies, but they can also see other people’s shared pies.
If you’d like to know each time a new comment is made, you can enable the notification by tapping the three dots on the top right corner of the screen.
