Do you mean TCEHY as in Tencent?
Both that and Planet 13 are OTC so not currently available.
If you search there’s about 100 threads between them.
But that should change soon however. 
before the end of the year.

Yes i mean Tencent Holdings and right now there aren’t too many Chinese stock
