Is there a way to deposit money into somebody else’s Cash ISA or Stock ISA? Ideally, I would like to make regular payments into my wife’s or daughter’s ISAs,

No, you can’t make direct deposits for someone else.
If you want to pay regularly I’d suggest to go for a standing order from your account to pay into your wife or daughter’s account. From there, another standing (maybe a day later from yours to avoid issues) order from their account to Trading212 for the deposit.
