Does anyone else have problems with real-money CFD crashing on Android

Hi everyone, yesterday the android app started crashing all of a sudden. The issue only affects the CFD real money portion (invest, isa and all tabs of the demo account work fine). The app only crashes if I click on any instrument to open the chart or if I try to make an order through the positions tab. I installed it on 2 other android devices and I get the same issue. Everything works fine on my laptop so I’m not sure what the issue is.

I’m waiting to hear from customer support but I was wandering if anyone else has come across this issue

Hi @vessbb, there was a temporary issue which affected a small portion of the CFD accounts. It should be resolved by now. There is no need to re-install or update the app.
