I made the first deposit on my Invest account with a wire transfer one week ago, but it still doesn’t show up in the balance. I’ve also written to the customer care but haven’t got any reply yet.
What are the wait time estimates for deposits to be accounted? Does it take any extra time for the first one?

Received deposits are reflected instantly in your trading account as long as the information of the account holder/account ID is added accordingly.
