Free share T212 value retrieving after inactivity?

Hello, as i registered and got a free share. I sold it to buy different ones.
But know i see that there ia point 3.3 that dictates that you need to log in once every three months, else you get default penalty, “event of default” 4.1
Ans then 4.3 says share will be sold and money retrieved for the price of that time.
So if i had share, sold it at price of 9 pound. After 1 year i go inactive for 3 months and share price is 100 now, so i lose 100 pound worth from my account???
I better pay back free share value now then…

Free Share Conditions

The share is entirely free, and the client’s money will always remain unaffected. So you can keep the share(s) for a more extended period (and yes, you have to login at least once on every 3 months), or you can sell it and reinvest the monetary value/withdraw it (in 30 days after the allocation).
