In light of all the drama surrounding GME, I have been surprised at how many layers and institutions there are when processing investments.
I think it would be amazing if T212 made a video explaining exactly what happens with our trades where the money goes and how it gets there.
Why are some orders limited and who are the powers at be that control this? Give us some info on how the interactive brokers work etc.
Would love to know more about how this service works exactly.

Iβm not referring to the GME situation itself, but rather the flow of trades from one institution to another. And a explanation why each institution exists, what they do.
Iβm not demanding an explanation on that ridiculous saga. I just want a better understanding of how this system works and what goes on behind the pretty User Interface.
