Am pretty sure I found KTOV (Kitov Pharma) available here in T212 last week or the week before, but don’t seem to be available now?

Has it been removed? If so, will this be added back anytime soon?

Not everything is available to hold in an ISA - in this case (an ADR) the underlying holding probably fails to meet ISA requirements.
