How do I apply for a retail offer available for shareholders in BRES they have announced?
The deadline is tomorrow morning so I’m looking for how to apply asap.
Thanks

You can’t participate generally on 212.
I guessed as much but a big disappointment when placements are directed at existing shareholders and they can’t take up the offer through the broker their holdings are with. I suspect the shares will drop but that’s not the point.
You could have a backup broker - I use AJBell as they link to PrimaryBid and alike. Can have multiple ISAs these days.
I think interactive investor also have cashback which is basically 1 year free.
Best of all worlds I reckon!
Yes thanks - I do use HL as well but wanted to use funds I have in T212. Not the end of the world as wasn’t looking to add many and may just watch for another opportunity on the open market as there are plenty of pull backs currently. Just something to consider when investing in companies that are likely to needs raises along the way.
If someone invites you to join interactive Investor, you get 12 months of no platform fees and 25 “free” trades with the £100 credit.
Not sure that can be beaten and was the reason I opted for it. Lot cheaper than HL if your pot builds with it’s fixed fee approach
This platform is frustrating for Bres at the best of times, never really know when a trade might go through. Doesn’t seem to be any inclination on T212s behalf to improve that side of things. Even buying shares in the FTSE 250 isn’t ideal.
Sometimes unfortunately you get what you pay for. Freetrade is instant dealing but unfortunately their ISA is far from “free”.
I got SIPPs in both HL and II. Despite being percentage based HL’s fees are capped at a maximum of £200(for stocks/shares/etfs). It’s comparable to 13x12=£156 charged on II. Like you said “if your pot builds up” the £44 difference annually becomes rather insignificant.
The invitation campaign is nice and both companies run different campaigns at different times and can be quite advantageous. One nice example II runs from time to time is “bonus cashback for transferring pensions in”
