How does this index translate into LSE timezone?

Tracks the NQCISIER which sessions are 2:35pm to 6:30pm (UK)

I’ve read and reread this 3 or 4 times now what’s the question

Basically how is 3SIL tracking the index that it follows?

Yesterday I think would have said a green day based on the movement during the day. But it was down, not only that all the long and short positions were down.

So if it’s up it’s down and it’s down it’s down, how do you get green? lol
