It doesn’t affect Bitcoin itself though so I’d imagine zero impact.
Might be a slight impact on the BTCE ETP with UK peeps only holding and selling, but enough of the rest of the world to keep decent liquidity.

It is already affecting us. I can no longer trade Crypto CFDs 
We now have limited access until 1st of December and then no access

For those using CFD and ETNs then yeah it’s game over, basically hold or sell. Or become a pro where it doesn’t apply.
As for the actual coin there’s no impact, I doubt it’ll affect the price of Bitcoin and other crypto at all.
