My bad. I should have noticed what @Samir had clearly said in this post. But I trusted what @Michael.P told me and expected accountability. I am not blaming anyone, but sometimes communications are taken seriously by customers.
@thisisshree We understand your confusion, however a perfectly precise answer to such questions simply cannot be provided. As you are aware there are thousands of different banks worldwide, which all have different fees and different operational flows. What we can confirm though is that we cover all costs of your transfer that we are aware of. All other costs are simply not in our scope and therefore we cannot comment on them.
