Have to say, I don’t think much of the board for this. The company is worth a lot more imo
I hope he knows what he is buying. It is much like an airlines company - profit comes tomorrow but tomorrow never comes 
They have never missed or misplaced any of my deliveries ever. Hardworking chaps with poor luck!
Wish them the best and hope there are no layoffs post takeover.
