Improved portfolio screen - Better return calculations (MWRR), Cash widget, and more!

I noticed this too (on desktop version). There is a ‘cash’ segment which used to have the UK flag and a value against it, now it is just an arrow that brings up the uninvested cash amount and link to deposit. Can no longer see at a glance the value of uninvested cash… :scream:
Still the previous on my mobile app.

I hope Cash disappearing is a simple coding mistake, which is being rectified. Otherwise, using the platform became more infuriating.

NOOOOOOOOOOO, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, GIVE IT BACK!!!

Why are they making the platform worse and worse? Stop it!! Stop making us jump through more and more hoops to get basic info we used to have on the first page.

@Momchil.G the design decisions being made are very questionable. Why is the cash value visible without an additional click/tap via the Invest portfolio but via the S&S ISA, the value is not shown and I have to pull up another panel simply to view my cash.

I’ll assume this is a bug because otherwise it makes no sense.

Hey, @_SP @Vio @adamski @MrHesh and @valalex :waving_hand:

Indeed, this one is not intentional, and we have identified the cause. A fix is already on the way, and we plan to take care of this by the end of tomorrow. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!

Thanks for addressing the cash issue! Just a couple of suggestions, it would be very helpful if we can see the fill prices and the total cost of all purchases in the individual asset’s history; also the bought/sold dates and prices as dots on the graph. Thanks again! :folded_hands:

Thanks, sorry I responded separately, I should have read all the messages first as see this is being sorted out already :joy: Thanks for coming back on this, much appreciated :+1:

Quick update, everyone - we just applied the fix for the web app and it will also be gradually released for mobile within the next few days. Feel free to drop me a DM if something is off after restarting the web app or updating to the latest version :folded_hands:

Thank you, much appreciated

Why would you hide the “Chart Period” behind a settings icon???!!!

Why are you increasing click/tap inputs, features should be easily/instantly accessible. Theres enough space on the screen!, to do with out these increased menus.

Hello T212 Team,

Thank you for adding the additional method to see the “unrealised result” within the more section, this is greatly appreciated. I have missed this ever since the UI update.

Since I have long-term goals, I only want to be able to track the overall performance of all of my investments, and this enables me to do so once more. Thank you.

Is it feasible to provide this capability as a toggle in the iOS widget or as a stand-alone widget? Modify it to include a rate of return widget and an unrealised result widget, giving you additional options when adding the widget on the Home Screen? I believe that users would value the simplicity of obtaining a simplified +/- of their overall performance.

Also, is there any further update on if you will allow users to toggle rate of return off for unrealised result within the app?

Thank you.

MWRR is a better method for doing this then simple returns.
