Told my in-specie transfer is no longer possible due to a technical issue on IB’s side. Is that the same for everyone?
There are some corner-case issues with our custodian that we are waiting to be resolved. Afterwards, we’ll continue with the transfers. Bear with us, please.

Is it possible to create new ISA accounts for them for the beta testing?

The in-specie transfer beta testing is only for existing ISAs. Still, we’ll make sure to contact your friends as soon as they can open an ISA with us.

Beta testing has been going for a few months now…
Currently, the in-specie transfers remain paused, @Macro. We appreciate your patience and will keep you posted on the progress.
When can I open a new ISA account. I already have invest account but unable to open an ISA account. Any ETA?
We can’t commit to an exact ETA at this time; however, we’re working to make the option of opening new ISAs available as soon as possible.
I’ll let you know once I have more information

Hi, i have an T212 ISA and also an ISA with another provider, very interested to consolidate into T212 via in specie transfer. I am sorry i do not see how to send DM in this forum, how do i request a transfer as part of your beta program please?

I’m guessing this relies in part to cooperation with other brokers, and theres probably very little going on.
I mean Freetrade, for example, aren’t about to let anyone leave that sinking ship.

What do you mean by sinking ship? I’m not familiar with any news about that broker but that would be relevant for me as a T212 user since as far as I know Freetrade is a similar broker to this one (relatively recent, low AUM, low fees, and oriented to small investors).
