If Volvo stock is only available in USD via OTC markets, you can only buy it in USD. The Volvo CFD is another instrument, if it’s denominated in SEK, than can be bought with SEK. Volvo stock in SEK only could be available, if T212 had the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
