Investing in ETF’s In Ireland

Hi @trading212,

I have read recently that investors in Ireland (Like myself) are not allowed to invest in many international ETF’s. My question to you is am I right to assume that I can legally invest in all ETF’s made available to me on the platform when investing with an Irish registered account?

All retail European investors, including Irish, may only be sold ETFs that have the UCITS label. I think you will find that all on this platform have that. Most US domiciled ETFs are not UCITS compliant and so cannot be found on this platform.

Yep any ETF on the INVEST section is fine to invest in is fine.
