Limit order gives "Add funds?"

So I wanted to place a limit order for one share at a certain price and this price is below the 95% limit of my free funds. In my mind everything checks out but for some reason when I go to review my order I get shown the “You don’t have sufficient funds to trade” message even though I do.

Does anyone know why this would be the case?

I actually had the same problem today. I wanted to place a limit order on 15 shares of HDLG but I had to place 2 separate orders: 14 shares + 1 share because of the message. I get why this info pop up when you send a market order but in case of a limit order it just doesn’t make sense.
