My Pie is stuck on investing 90% for quite a while while market is open:
It’s done, but was stuck there for 35 minutes. Normally it is instant, what can cause these long delays? It is a LSE stock not an AIM stock, so shouldn’t be due to auctioning which I believe was fixed anyway…
Probably difficult placing the trade due to how tiny the transactions are. I know I used to struggle with other brokers buying TRIG for example unless trade was over about £100 just could never execute it. May be something else though do you know which share it was struggling to get.
It was paypoint, the epos company you see in every corner shop. 
It could be as you suggested that the transaction was small or maybe it’s just not that popular of a stock.
