Fair. But allow me to explain myself.
Why do I think theyāre guaranteed to lose market share?
Because they donāt innovate fast enough.
Bring 1 single company on the market that adapts itself to the everchanging environment faster than everybody else, and everybody else loses.
Especially T212.
Donāt know about you, and I could be wrong, but it seems to me that the vast majority of very good feedback gets ignored, definitely not acted upon.
Weāve got people every year voting for changes/features - and nothing.
Hundreds of posts, many that repeat themselves on the same issues - and ā¦ nothing.
This place doesnāt change.
This would be the easiest competitor to ādethroneā.
But look, I could be totally wrong.
Until a company offers more and better.
Then weāll all be wondering āwhatever happened to T212ā.
And about
I canāt see what Iām looking at. I CANāT SEE!
I donāt know how to make it clearer.
I canāt see the platform well enough to be able to use it.
So I cannot use it.
They had colours before that worked.
They replaced them, and now I canāt see a darn thing.
I took 99% of my capital elsewhere because here I canāt see, there I can.
How silly of a reason to lose customers.
