NXU U (Novus Capital Corporation II) supposedly went live yesterday. Apparently some brokers are already allowing orders and it can be searched up on IB.

By that logic is it not already available? you mentioned yesterday that you’ll make the request once they are ready.

See the ‘U’ at the end of the ticker? That denotes a unit. Units typically consist of a combination of unit, warrant and common stock.

T212’s platform can only process common stock. They don not offer units or warrants.

Now…

Post-IPO and pre-LOI/business combination SPACs

After a SPAC IPOs the common stocks become typically available 52 days after the IPO. Usually they would release an 8-K containing an audited balance sheet reflecting the receipt of the gross proceeds from the IPO. After the 8-K is released the common stock becomes available. You can read up more on the following site: https://www.spacresearch.com/faq#spac-trading-units So for PSTH this will be around mid september. Hope this helps!

So when I say I’ll request when the common stock is available, I’m basically waiting for the warrants and commons to separate from the units. The U will be removed from the ticker at that point.

Hey Joey it would be amazing if we could aim to have say 1 OTC penny stock per day released? I know you guys are super busy but the buzz it creates on the platform when a new penny stock drops is immense! @David

I did have OTC: NWDVW on there today but seems that is already on the platform. Certainly something I’ll aim for.

But I’ll caveat that with the understanding that if folk aren’t seeing their preferred OTC stock turning up that they’ve confirmed it is Penny Stock Exempt.That will most likely be the reason that any are missing.
