Shares are still locked in trade212 - please can someone find out what is happening here. Why haven’t funds been transferred back to shareholders and why are they still locked in trade212
A stock getting delisted does not mean you get your money back. It just means the stock is no longer available for trading on the exchange.
The position is locked because you own the asset but have no means of completing a transaction until it is relisted or the intermediary offers an avenue of exchange.
The company was taken over by means of an all cash offer for the company. This has since been completed and the company shares delisted. So can someone explain why funds haven’t been transferred back to clients??

Been holding since Nov 2020 and never received any communication from trade212 over needing to accept the offer so presumed when it went wholly unconditional that funds would be automatically returned at the offer price…
