That’s how I do it when I need to send a statement, but the monthly statement shows the transactions, not the account balance, which makes it difficult to review. For example, you invest a few hundred dollars a couple of times a month in a few pies, and with that you have hundreds of transactions on your monthly statement, and that information is completely unnecessary for those who are looking for a statement.
I’ve passed your feedback along, @T89 and thanks to everyone else for the context. I’ll update the thread once I’ve got more info
Do you have any news on this one?
Not at the moment, but I’ll make sure to update the thread once there is, @Leigh
Recently, I have faced issues where daily Contract Notes were not received over email. T212 is still investigating (somehow it started working after few weeks). But as per current implementation there is no way to extract contract notes.
On the the other event, my partner did not received Monthly statement over email and it support person manually generated and sent it over to chat as it’s still not reaching over to email. Problem is that if 2 months old monthly statement doesn’t show positions/holdings.
Email provider is public (Gmail) and we checked all the possible options at our end. It seems to me an issue with T212 mail server/process.
So current option of sending contract notes and monthly statement is not reliable.
- Auto generation of report over email due to various point of failures and not able to re-genrate.
- Ad-hoc generation is not up-to date or kinda useless due to missing data if it’s a little old.
There should be a reliable way to provide contract notes & monthly statements. Once statements are generated should be kept in users vault along with sending them over to email. If it doesn’t reach over email due to some reason at least user has option to manually download.
Hi all,
Is there any update on the possibility of downloading the account statement in PDF instead of CVS? I am in the same shoes as the people above. I need it for the bank to verify my assets and CVS is not accepted as proof.
If it helps, I print my monthly email to PDF and my employer accepts that. I have also requested a manual statement to request investor perks, so perhaps you can do the same until we can download PDF in the app?
