I’m kinda new to all this. I thought I would start small and put in an order when it said the market was closed. It’s now open but I’m still pending, any reason why this is happening? Thanks 
The instrument appears to be very illiquid, as the majority, if not all, of the trades since the opening bell have been “off-book”. Apart from that, it is traded via SETSqx, which means that order execution only occurs during the official auctions throughout the day.
