Planning to move abroad next year.

Hi all,

I currently reside in the uk, and I currently only hold an investment account. I want to know if I travel and decide to live in South Korea, will I still be able to receive my dividends each time it is paid into my account, and can I still invest whilst living in South Korea.

Many Thanks all,

You will receive your dividends where ever you are,

The only difference will be taxing if you become resident in SK for tax purposes. There are potentially different double taxation agreements and withholding taxes with SK.

If you have any ISAs you will keep the existing ones, but you won’t be able to deposit any new monies into a tax efficient wrapper (ISA/SIPP)
