Please add a visible “Pending Withdrawal” or “Processing” status for ISA withdrawals.

I recently withdrew £3,850 from my Cash ISA, and the funds are no longer showing in my ISA or my bank account. Support confirmed the system has not processed it yet, but there’s no indication of this in the app. A clear pending or processing status would prevent confusion and reassure users that their funds are secure.

I’m sorry to hear that the current setup caused confusion. What you suggested as an improvement is something that we’re already working on and hoping to introduce very soon. I’ll let you know as soon as there’s an update on the topic :folded_hands:

A classic case of treating the symptom and not the cause. In these days of faster payments between banks the aim should be to speed up the transfers not to report on the status although both would be preferable.

Even Ford money, which is not a clearing bank, gets money into my account within a couple of hours.

hi, its already there. Go to manage funds - withdrawal requests. You will see the amount and saying in process.

This! Ridiculous for transfers to take so long in today’s digital age.
