Previously we used to get withdrawal notification asap and money in 3-4 days … now we dont notification asap. Money is deducted but no trace of money in history or txn etc. You should atleast give notification of withdrawal asap to keep the chain of txn as we get when we deposit money. All txn is shown in history asap so withdrawal should shows asap and money can come in whatever days. I guess many would agree
We process withdrawals within up to 3 business days. Immediately after a withdrawal is executed, we send an email and an in-app notification. Regardless, I’ll DM you to check further why there’s a delay on your end.
hi @Bogi.H i agree u send notification after execution but till then the money is in suspense. That is the issue i highlight. So now the money does not show anywhere why?. How will i be assured of that withdrawal txn. It is like money is in black hole.

In some cases, additional processing time may be required on our end to complete withdrawals, which can occasionally take up to three business days. From the moment you request the withdrawal until it is executed, no notifications are sent. You will receive a notification and email once the withdrawal has been successfully executed.
You can see it in Manage Funds → Withdrawal Requests
Once it’s processed it appears in History like buy/sell orders and interest on cash

Ahí Bogi in withdrawals you apply country a tax retention? eg Spain? What if in overall position since started we are losing money although current position is in green?

All withdrawals are free from our side and we don’t deduct any capital gains tax on your profits. Only the dividends may be subject to a withholding tax.
