Not good at all. And they wouldn’t accept liability last time it happened and declined my complaint citing NO EVIDENCE. Clearly they have issues.
I reckon we should start a petition on change.org or all write to our MPs as the law needs changing and regulation needs to be tighter.

This is how much they think of fheir clients: they never apologise or compensate us. Despite losses being their fault, WE bear the brunt. The platform isn’t fit for purpose!
