ProQuant shutting down. API suitable to connect to other services?

ProQuant is shutting down on January 1st 2021. Is the API suitable to connect to other services?

For example QuantConnect has an API connection with Interactive Brokers. Ideas?

Nope. Would be awesome if you could connect with API to QuantConnect for example.
