How do we trade on the S&P 500 on 212 trading please? (Not the one that’s linked to the London stock exchange)

You can trade the S&P using CFDs. Otherwise you will need to buy an ETF.

Spx S&P on cfd account looks open and active?

Yeah. The CFD platform has access to pre and post market hours. The us market opens at 2:30 yes.
