I am curious about what will happen to our slack stocks on trading212. Based on that we need to decide weather it makes sense to sell all slack stocks or not.
I read on some news article:
"Under the terms of the agreement, Slack shareholders will receive $26.79 in cash and 0.0776 shares of Salesforce common stock for each Slack share, representing an enterprise value of approximately $27.7 billion based on the closing price of Salesforce’s common stock on November 30, 2020,”
What would be the best option:
1- just sell slack stocks.
2- sell slack and buy salesforce.
3- let trading212 do their thing.
