That pretty much sums up why I went for IPOF in the end to be honest as it was the closest to the NAV, therefore limiting your risk.
Another good point on the PIPE etc as well, that’s why holding on is very risky. Albeit I’m holding onto HCAC . That being said, with the warrants at 5 and commons at 11.50 giving it 16.50 it’s not a massive risk when the warrants get exercised.
Cheers for the heads up on Churchill, I’ll take a look.
DMYT I already consider it a while ago But the Price has gone too much for my liking.
You might want to consider their baby DMYD DMYD (dMY Technology Group Inc. II).
They already have target Genius Sports, a Sport betting, online gambling, quite similar to Draft King. Might be a good considering more states in the US will be legalising online gambling in the US.
Have you had a look at HCAC and IPOB today? This one has happened after the merger date. I have the permission from you to say “I told you so”, lol …
90%+ of SPAC will drop significantly after the merger date for obvious reason. Profit taking from Whales of even retailer investor to use the money for another opportunities.
In SPAC play it is important to differentiate between SPAC play and long-term investing. After the price drop after the merger, you might want to reopen a small position after they are moving sideways and keep DCA down when the price drop further.
I also have position on both. If you want toadd your position wait until they are moving sideways before you are adding your position “do not try to catch the falling knife”
