What’s the ticker? I wasn’t aware that Vanguard offered a developed world ETF, which excludes the UK, although I may have missed it. 
Are you referring to this fund perhaps?
If so, that won’t be added anytime soon as it’s an OEIC. What you could do is use something like the pie recipe below to build your own:
Europe ex UK: VERX
Japan: VJPN
North America: VNRT
Asia Pacific ex Japan: VAPX

Yes that’s the fund I was looking at adding to my pension.
Good performance and low expense ratio. Too bad it cannot be added to an ISA.
