Singapore is a recognised exchange.
Edit: interesting they never listed on the SGX. They’re straight on the NYSE.

Can only deposit into 1 stocks and shares isa before the tax year is over. Unfortunately already deposited into this one not realising no access to the hong kong market.
Will be missing the Ant ipo because of this and cant hedge against us/china relations further deteriorating. They should explicitly notify users of this when you open an account.
No you misunderstand the rules.
If you transfer you can do what you like, it has to be using an ISA transfer system
