Stop loss being initiated without hitting the set price.

This is not the first time this has happened but this time I am following up with T212 support. I had a FTSE 2 x 250 ETP. I had a stop loss set to 20,000. The index is down but not that far, and certainly not at 11.42 (20,574) when I got stopped out.

Anyone had anything like this?

FWIW, T212 don’t show the spread, and that has been the usual cause when I’ve experienced something similar. I suspect if you go look at somewhere like the LSE data you will see your target price being in range, even if only briefly.
