I think this thing is by far the most important improvement trading 212 needs to do, unless they want to remain a broker only for UK citizens.Trading212 please give us some comments …thx

Is the exportable data coming anytime soon?

I requested the tax report for 2020 - but it hasn’t been developed at all since 2019 and still doesn’t contain much :frowning:

For FIFO reporting to tax authority would need a bit more detail…

I am also interested in the annual statement (improvement) for tax purpose. Shall we have it Q1 for 2021? Or not?

I am personally going to dump T212 if this question is not answered. I need to report my taxes in details and if this is not provided in details and CSV format this will cause me troubles with Tax office. This as important as the trading features.

You may be about to have your wish granted.

Just so you know. Even a well established platform like Interactive Investor does not provide CSV tax or transaction statements. I once asked and was brushed off as if I has asked for the moon.

We are currently working on the feature, but unfortunately, we are not able to provide an ETA.

It’s good to hear that this is being worked on.
I have time until Jan2022 to file my UK tax return.
Hope this feature is available before Jan2022 which would save be hours effort of calculations!!!.

You can download all transactions, you can create a tax summary from this information.

Has anybody figured out how to report the portfolio at the end of the year?

The tax certificate didn’t include this so I tried reconstructing the portfolio using the export and pivot tables but failed because my tickers had splits and reverse-splits involved.
As a last resort I could manually change amount and prices but I want to avoid that if there’s a better option.
