How is T212 going to handle this spin-off? We are supposed to get 1 share of TKMS for every 20 shares of TKA, but I haven’t received anything on my T212 account yet. Also, haven’t received any notification from T212 about the spin-off and the way they will handle it.
We’re aware of the event and will distribute the shares as soon as we receive them. According to our sources, the ex-date is today, while the payment date is scheduled for 22 October. We’ll update all clients as soon as we have more news.
Any news on this one please? Seems all the European trading platforms got their shares on Monday.
The shares have not yet been received from our custodian. As soon as they are, we’ll proceed with the distribution and notify all shareholders through an in-app notification.
