So I have shares in Tonix Pharmaceuticals and I’m currently up 100%.
I heard if it doesn’t reach $1 share price by Feb 5th it will delisted.
What does this mean? Do I lose my shares, can I continue trading over the counter?
I really need to know before then so please let me know

What’s the reason for it being delisted?
That might help someone reply with some information

If a company gets delisted, the instrument’s trading is usually suspended until the company or the respective stock exchange provides further information about the delisting.
We then notify all shareholders as soon as there is an update on what will happen with the delisted stock. In most cases, delisted stocks undergo a liquidation process at a specific price, or they may be deemed worthless with a price of zero.
If there are any news on Tonix Pharmaceuticals and a delisting event is confirmed, we’ll proceed with the corporate event as usual and let you know once we have an update.
