Trading 212 accounts accounts made up to 31 December 2020

Hello everybody,

I am using Trading 212 for almost two years and I could not be happier with the service provided. There is room for improvement, but in my opinion it is the best broker for Europeans.

My concern is that their accounts for the financial year 2020, have not been published. According to this link, TRADING 212 UK LIMITED overview - Find and update company information - GOV.UK, the accounts should have been published by today. Does anyone know if there is an explanation for the delay ?

good spotting and not sure why its late, the penalty for up to 1 month late is only £150 for a private company I just read so I guess they don’t worry too much about that. The previous years were done in june/july and seems very organized but now slacking off it seems. (maybe the numbers this year are so large they need more time to add them up. lol)

Even if they filed today, it can take up to a couple of weeks to appear on Companies House

Kudos. Not many people think to go to that level of review of brokers they use, let alone stock picks!
