uhhh, it’s not about how old you are, but how hard… your SIPP hits 
There are people who do day trading using the CFD platform, it might be useful to withdraw money quickly with no waiting for transfers. Not everyone has the goal of using the platform to invest in the long term / for retirement, will be useful for them also.
I myself would like to have a chance to access my money quickly in case I need for some reason, maybe a purchase, or maybe want to withdraw some profits to buy some cryptos and so on.
