I think you’ll need to prove that you planned on closing positions at exactly xyz o’clock. Which of course is impossible. I mean what are you going to say? “I swear I was going to close it”. Would you really have closed it or waited for the dip to reverse?

Now if there’s a record on the system of you clicking the close button a million times and nothing happening, then I guess that’s good enough proof.
