UMC stock in the ISA account

Hello,

I need to open an ISA in the following days, but I wonder if there is the UMC stock inside.

Looking the whole list, I found UMC classified in this way on the ISA stocks:
UMC United Microelectronics USD US9108734057 0.1 NON-ISA NYSE 1:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Is it just the old description or it’s not in the ISA?

I really need to know this or the ISA is a bit pointless for me.

(Also HL doesn’t approve it https://www.hl.co.uk/shares/shares-search-results/u/united-microelectronics-corp-adr , is this because HMRC didn’t approve it?)
