Urgent - all positions closed at 47% [We are fixing it]

I can confirm I have been refunded fully for my own. Send in a support ticket and await them. Mine took a couple of days but it’s been resolved 100%

Are you still plugging away with this? I have heard nothing back since 5pm on Tuesday.
I hate to seem impatient, but I opened my account in the anticipation of this coming week. I don’t want to put more money in as I haven’t had this back yet.
I raised a ticket within minutes of this happening, so must’ve been one of the first in line.

We’re working to solve this, guys. Regardless when or if a ticket was submitted: each affected account is being manually reviewed by our team & compensation is issued, when applicable.
