Warehouse REIT (WHR)

Can anyone explain why T212 shows a 300%+ protfit on Warehouse REIT (WHR) for 2022, when in reality they actually saw a loss?

Is there some magical accounting trick being used, or are the gerbils on their last legs?

The “Profit margin” value on the screenshot is a percentage representation of Revenue/Net Income. That’s the latest data available, referring to the company’s results for 2022.

I’m pretty sure I had my eyes in backwards or something. Sorry for the noise.
