Do you know where I can find my Trading 212 client number and a copy of the documents I have signed that confirm my contractual relationship with Trading 212?
It seems strange to me that I have nothing to refer to after my registration.

For any account related questions, such as account ID, you should reach our customer care team, and we’ll help you out. 
As of the T&C - you can see it in the account Settings tab > Client agreement.

I have read the T&C, but I wanted a document released by Trading 212 that confirms myself as their client.
I have sent an email to the customer care team as per your suggestion.
