I am aware you cannot buy a SPAC unit in T212. Most of SPAC stocks will be available in T212 after the Unit split into Common Stocks and Warrants.
In the meanwhile, in some SPACs you want to get involved as early as possible to gain the first mover advantage.
I know in the US people are using Fidelity, TD Ameritrade, eTrade, etc. People said Fidelity does not charge you to split the unit into Common Stocks and Warrants. Fidelity is available in the UK
Is Fidelity- US is similar to Fidelity-UK FCA regulated? Do they offer the same level of stocks availability on both countries ?
Does anyone could recommend a good platform FCA regulated available in the UK to buy SPAC Unit?? It should be the one which does not charge you to split the unit into Common Stocks and Warrants. I do not mind if it is not zero fee platform like T212 as long as it is a flat fee for unlimited trading numbers.
