Transfer in is instant but transfer out takes three days. I know its banking practices which might be out of T12’s control but these days bank to bank (even different banks) transfers are same day, usually within the hour.
One of my pet hates when a company asks for payment and you enter your bank details and they can take it right away, but when you want it they tell you it will take x number of days.
I always say imagine if you told them that they would get their money in x amount of days they wouldn’t accept it.
