Will trading212 be liable to any losses on adr stocks

Guys, will trading212 be liable to any losses on ADR stocks or will anyone other than the investor be liable to losses caused by this ISA account non-compliance rule loophole on the platform?

Should they be forced to by regulation? Probably. But they’re not. They only to have remove ineligible stocks within 30 days of identifying them.
