Worrying about Trading 212 Support team

Hello guys I curious how many of you guys have same problem with Trading 212 responding back to you??
I try change my email address almost month+ write 2 emails , two app contacting forms, even messages in community to David and George, but no feedback ,already send all id. And selfie by holding driving license.( found in forum somebody have some problem) But no answer nothing.
I understand lockdown and everything but now customs support is terrible.
P.S. I really need change email address by Experian service they report is was hacked and is not safe to use.
So how many of you guys have same problem???
Or is only me?
