I think he is referring to something that he suggested recently, which would be an interesting addition to Pie/AutoInvest for long term.

One thing I would like to have is “Limit order” for whole porfolio, based on either total value or % returns. For instance when portfolio drops to -5%/10% or certain percentage drop in a day.
